Mobile Real-Time Attendance Location Service System

    The Penghe Waiqintong Mobile Real-Time Attendance Location Service System is designed for smartphones, providing services such as real-time location tracking, activity routes, electronic fencing, security assurance, and attendance management through a mobile app client.

Real-Time Location
The "Penghe Waiqintong" mobile client runs automatically in the background without manual operation, ensuring normal phone usage while automatically uploading data.

Check-In and Check-Out
The "Penghe Waiqintong" mobile client allows users to check in or out using the "Check-In/Check-Out" feature. Users can upload on-site photos, and the platform records these operations in real-time, generating attendance reports based on the data.

Location Marking
Using the "Penghe Waiqintong" mobile client, users can mark locations and upload on-site photos. The platform records location data, displays it on the map interface in real-time, and creates customized business maps based on the marked data.

Daily Work Report
The "Penghe Waiqintong" mobile client enables users to submit real-time work plans and statuses in daily reports. Daily work plans and summaries can also be uploaded, allowing managers to stay informed about work progress.

Platform Extended Features
1. Route Query
The "Penghe Waiqintong" client runs automatically in the background, recording detailed travel routes. Users can query real-time or historical routes on the platform, which stores data for at least 90 days.

2. Electronic Fencing
The platform features electronic fencing, allowing users to set multiple fences of various shapes and configure different types of area alerts.

Once an electronic fence is set, the platform alerts users when someone enters or leaves the area. Alerts can be sent via the platform or as mobile notifications.

3. Real-Time Attendance
Using the "Check-In/Check-Out" feature in the "Penghe Waiqintong" client, the system automatically generates a "Real-Time Attendance Sheet."

4. Check-In Records
The "Penghe Waiqintong" system automatically records all check-in and check-out operations. Users can query individual check-in/check-out records for specific time periods on the platform.

5. Attendance Statistics Sheet
In addition to generating real-time attendance reports, the "Penghe Waiqintong" system automatically creates "Daily Check-In Statistics" and "Attendance Statistics Sheets," storing data for at least three months.

6. Map Marking
Using the "Penghe Waiqintong" client, users can mark locations with on-site photos or directly on the platform map. Custom maps can be created for key areas, customer locations, supplier channels, etc.

7. Customer Management
By marking customer locations on the map, users can create customized business maps (as shown in Figure 10).
The system analyzes data such as communication frequency, visit duration, product interest, and shipment volume to help businesses understand customer engagement and tailor maintenance efforts accordingly.
